Ensure that you have the latest version of the Galaxkey Outlook Add-in installed. You can download it via https://manager.galaxkey.com/Downloads/
To clear the cache, first close Microsoft Outlook and Exit the Galaxkey Desktop Manager application from your windows taskbar.
Delete both the MySecurityKeys and the Contacts folder at the below windows folder path:
- C:\Users\<logged in user>\AppData\Roaming\Galaxkey\
To easily find the current <logged in user> bring up the File Explorer and in the location navigation box type in %appdata% and press enter:
In the next window, proceed into the Galaxkey folder to delete both the MySecurityKeys and the Contacts folder.
Once completed, start Microsoft Outlook or the Galaxkey Desktop Manager and contact us if you still encounter any further issues.
