How to send Secure Emails via the Galaxkey Web Portal

To send secure emails via the Galaxkey Web Portal, log in to your account via https://manager.galaxkey.com on a web browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Note: Do not use Internet Explorer 11 and below as this is no longer a supported browser by Microsoft

Once logged in:

1. Click the Compose tab to open the Secure Email Editor
2. Add recipients to the To and CC fields as per a normal email
3. Add a subject title as per a normal email
4. Draft your email, add attachments (if required) and and click Secure & Send recipients (an auto invite will be sent to users not registered with Galaxkey).
5. Press cancel if you do not want to send and return to the homepage.

To open an email sent to your mailbox in the GWA:

1. Click on the View your secured email link in the secured email you have received
2. This will open the GWP login page - sign in with your Galaxkey credentials
3. This will open your secure inbox to view any secured emails you have received

NOTE: The access to GWA can be configured for a Domain from Galaxkey Manager.
