Corporate:
If your identity is a Corporate Account Identity, then the internally appointed Galaxkey Corporate Administrator for your organisation will need to send you a Password Recovery email.

You will shortly receive a notification followed by a password reset link Galaxkey Corporate Administrator once they have verified your request.
Individual:
If your Galaxkey Identity is an individual identity, then you can reset your own password by following the Password Recovery Process.
Start the process here via https://manager.galaxkey.com/Services/ForgotPassword/
1. Enter your Galaxkey Identity (email address)
2. Enter the captcha code on screen
3. Click 'Start Password Recovery'
If entered correctly:
You will receive an email with a link to to reset your Galaxkey password. As mentioned above, if you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, please contact Galaxkey support via support@galaxkey.com. Please note password recovery links are valid for only two hours.
- Click on the 'Start Password Recovery Process' link in the e-mail that you have received.
- Enter your new password and password confirmation in the respective boxes
- Ensure your new password meets the below criteria, listed in green:
- Click 'Next'
- Your password has been successfully reset
NOTES:
The Password will be reset for identities that are set to Active.
Inactive, Acquire State, and Awaiting Activation from Admin identities will require the appointed Galaxkey Administrator for your domain to change this status to Active.
