The configuration of the Galaxkey Add-in and Galaxkey Mobile apps can be managed using the Galaxkey Manager. Galaxkey allows you to define the duration Galaxkey Session for your Galaxkey clients. This is the period for which your Galaxkey client will save your password and reuse it to authenticate every time you open a secured mail.
To set the duration of your Galaxkey Session:
- Log on to the Galaxkey Manager and go to the Configuration module.
- On Client Configuration page, scroll down to locate the ‘Timeout for login in minutes’ field. The default value in this field is '30'. This means that the duration of your Galaxkey session is 30 mins. You can change it as per your requirement and click the 'UPDATE' button.
- Enter '0' (ZERO) disable the session duration. If you disable the timeout setting, you will have to provide the password every time you open a secured mail.
These changes will be applicable ONLY to your personal identities. In the case of Corporate Identities, the Configuration is managed by the Corporate Administrator.
Restart MS Outlook to apply the changes.
