First Ensure the add-in is not being automatically disabled in Outlook - File > Manage COM Add-Ins:
If the Add-in is Missing completely from the Outlook tool bar you will need to Enable it since Microsoft Outlook has disabled the add-in:
Click File > Options > Add-ins – Galaxkey should appear under Active Application Add-ins
If Inactive or Disabled:
- Select the following Disabled Items > Go
Ensure that the Add-in is not listed on the next window - If Galaxkey appears in the list, select it and select Enable.
On the previous window, click COM Add-Ins > Go
Ensure that GalaxkeyAddin is ticked > OK
Close and re-launch the Outlook application to ensure that once launched Galaxkey stays enabled.

If the Outlook ribbon isn't visible, ensure to select Show Tabs and Commands as per the below:
For Administrators or Advanced Users:
Galaxkey Add-in does not load after Enabling the Add-in and Restarting the application?
In Registry Editor, check that the following Galaxkey values are entered correctly or adjust them to match the following:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\AddIns\GalaxkeyAddIn.AddinModule
CommandLineSafe – Value data = 0
LoadBehavior – Value data= 3
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\GalaxkeyAddIn.AddinModule
LoadBehavior – Value data= 3
