You get this message when you are invited by another Galaxkey User but you have not yet accepted the invitation.
When a Secured Email is received for the first time, an invitation to join Galaxkey is sent if you have not created a password for your Galaxkey Identity (email address).
This message is sent to make sure that invitations are accepted by the intended recipient - please look for the invitation email in your Inbox.
If there are any spam filters or rules set for incoming emails in your organisation or mailbox, please make sure the email is not filtered out or blocked as this may prevent further Galaxkey emails from beign delivered.
Either complete your invitation by providing the same email address as a login id via https://manager.galaxkey.com or open the invitation email and click on the 'Accept Invitation' link to set up your Galaxkey password.
