How to set a Galaxkey Identity as inactive

To set an identity as inactive, the Galaxkey corporate administrator can do so by one of the two methods:

Via GADC (Galaxkey Active Directory Connector):

Remove the user from the Active Directory Group synchronised with GADC then run GADC for changes to update.

Via Galaxkey Corporate Administrator Portal:

1. Login to https://manager.galaxkey.com > Identities

2. Click Edit next to the identity in question

3. Set status to Inactive > Update
