If you have:
- Not received a Galaxkey Secured Email
- Not received a Galaxkey Registration Email
- Not received a Galaxkey Password Recovery Email
- Submitted a form and have not received the Verification code email
Please ensure to check all of the mail folders in your application, including Junk, Spam, and Others.
BT Mail users - Please ensure to check the online web version of your BT mail account, as emails can be pushed to the junk folder of your inbox and therefore not forwarded to your Outlook.
In such cases, please log in and move the emails into your Inbox, then whitelist Galaxkey/mark them as Not Spam to ensure future emails arrive in your Outlook.
Google Mail/Gmail users - Please check you Updates, Promotions, or other Categories/folders of your online web account, as Galaxkey emails can at times arrive in these areas. Galaxkey notification emails can be moved to Inbox then marked as trusted or not spam to ensure future emails arrive
