How to check the Galaxkey Desktop Manager / Outlook Add-in / Galaxkey Web Portal version

To find the version of your Galaxkey app or add-in:

Galaxkey Outlook Add-in

1. • Launch Microsoft Outlook
   • Click the Galaxkey tab on the top Outlook ribbon
   • Click About
   • Here, the current installed version of Add-in is displayed

Galaxkey Desktop Manager

On your Windows Task bar, click on the Galaxkey Desktop Manager's tray icon. The installed version is displayed in the right hand corner:

Portal

The Galaxkey Web Portal version can be seen on the login page as shown in the screenshot below (https://manager.galaxkey.com):

Please Note:

If there is a new version available and your corporate configuration allows auto update, you will be prompted to update the software automatically.
