Logs are generated for all the Galaxkey clients. The logs help us analyze your issue better. Logs can be sent from various clients as follows:
- Galaxkey Add-in:
Open Outlook (2010 to 2016) and go to the Galaxkey menu and click 'About'. Then click the 'Send logs to Galaxkey Support' link. The Galaxkey Add-in logs will be sent to Galaxkey Support.
- Galaxkey App for iOS: Tap the 'i' symbol on the Authentication screen. Then tap the 'Send logs' link on the top right corner.
- Galaxkey App for Android:
- Galaxkey App for Windows Mobile: Tap the 'About' option on the app home page and then send logs to Galaxkey Support.
